Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order.

Parcels are shipped out on Monday – Friday excluding weekends, bank holidays and closures. All closures will be announced via social media and the website. On occasions, the delivery time may extend due to circumstances out of our control or busy periods. During the Summer and periods of hot weather, we will not ship orders on a Friday; this is to avoid your order arriving spoiled.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to some areas of Wolverhampton.
Enter your address at checkout to see if you qualify for local delivery. Please message if you do not see this option and you are in Wolverhampton; we may be able to deliver to you.
Delivery charge is £2.00 or free when you spend over £10.00.
Same day local delivery will apply if your order is placed before 11am.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct or this will result in delays receiving your order. We are not liable for postage charges due to the wrong shipping address.
We are not liable for ‘missed/failed deliveries’. In the event you have missed your delivery and the order is returned to us, you will receive a refund, minus delivery and a 10% restocking fee.

If you haven’t received your order within the stated time frame, please contact us at admin@littlebeetreats.co.uk with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
We cannot accept liability for missing orders if the tracking information is showing the order has been delivered to the provided address.
