Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please ensure the shipping address is correct or this will result in delays receiving your order. We are not liable for postage charges due to the wrong shipping address.

We are not liable for ‘missed/failed deliveries’. In the event you have missed your delivery and the order is returned to us, you will receive a refund, minus delivery and a 10% restocking fee.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination of the items in the order.

Parcels are shipped out on Monday – Friday excluding weekends, bank holidays and closures. All closures will be announced via social media and the website. On occasions, the delivery time may extend due to circumstances out of our control or busy periods. During the Summer and periods of hot weather, we will not ship orders on a Friday; this is to avoid your order arriving spoiled.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Not received your order?

If you haven’t received your order within the stated time frame, please contact us at admin@littlebeetreats.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We cannot accept liability for missing orders if the tracking information is showing the order has been delivered to the provided address.
